I would like to take a few minutes to tell you a little about my business.
I love making things, and one Christmas I decided I wanted to make something unique, but useful for a friend of mine who raises goats. Not finding anything I decided to design my own gift using a potholder pattern I had used in the past. I made my own graph of a Nubian Goat head and started knitting my first of many potholders! Since then I have designed over 80 different patterns ranging from most of the goat breeds, farm animals, dogs, other animals, flowers, and many other items.
A few years later, with the prompting of another goat friend, I designed the Breeding & Records Calendar for goat breeders. This calendar is unique in that it runs from July to June of the following year, so that you can have all your breeding and kidding dates on one calendar. The months of the calendar are also reversed, so that you don't have to take the months off your hook (or nail) to see past notes, just flip up the pages. The weeks are also color coded with three different colors, so you can quickly spot when your does next 3 week cycle should be or spot her heat cycle pattern more easily, if you are planning on using AI on her.
I've also designed all the drawings I use on the calendars by finding pictures of actual subjects and using a light box to make them. I have mostly goat drawings of most of the goat breeds, with a few cows, dogs and other drawings thrown in. I also do custom drawings, if you'd like to have something different.
Next I started using all my drawings to make other items. I now do Bumper Stickers, Business Cards, Laser Labels, Logos, and maybe you can think of something else you'd like to see!
In 2006 I started building websites and have been learning a lot as I've gone along. I've made great improvements in my later website designs, and only hope to improve and gain more knowledge as I build more websites and make them come to life!
